Cheyenne Belhumeur / Personal Assistant, Outreach Representative & Community Resource Specialist

Cheyenne Belhumeur was raised in southern California since infancy and has lived in San Diego County since 2012. She received her medical assistant certification shortly after completing high school. While wanting to be able to help others focusing on mental health, addiction, and substance recovery after watching a family member struggle, she currently attends Palomar College and is enrolled in their Alcohol and Other Drug Studies & Psychological and Social Services programs pursuing her degree to become a Substance Abuse Counselor.

In addition to her part time studies and being a wife she is also a mom to her two-year-old son. Cheyenne has found her work with Active Recovery Network to be a great fit. Here she is able to combine her experience as a Personal Assistant work with her passion for building relationships and with her interest and studies in the addiction, recovery and behavioral health fields. This unique position also allows her the opportunity to get a good grasp of resources that are available for our clients and families as well as being a resource for others in the community who are looking for the right placement, care, help and resources.
