As a result of her extensive knowledge and wide breadth of experience, she has an in-depth understanding of the referral and intake process for mental health services and cultivated a strong aptitude for facilitating transitions in care and aftercare planning. As a clinician, Jessica provides evidence-based interventions for individuals and families with post-graduate training in CBT, DBT and Holographic Reprocessing.

Her passion for client-centered care is evidenced by a warm and empathetic nature. She is an advocate for her clients, respects their autonomy and strives to empower them on their healing journey. She recognizes strength in vulnerability, commits herself to authentic communication and strives to be a safe and stable space for her clients in their moments of need.
